Overview

NTU International A / S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU funded project called : EOM 2026 and is currently seeking qualified professionals to join the project team.

Project Objective

The overall objective of this assignment is to :

  • strengthen democratisation, good governance and conflict prevention;
  • contribute to reducing inter alia the possibility of fraud, manipulation, intimidation which could undermine the electoral processes;
  • improve the legal framework and conduct of future elections, as well as public confidence in the institutions;
  • inform the European institutions on the conduct of elections in selected third countries.
Duration

The intended start date is 1 January 2026 and the period of implementation of the contract will be 48 months from this date.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Advanced degree in economics / management / business or 5+ years added experience.
  • Managerial, drafting, interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of technical / telecom equipment for EOM.
  • Knowledge of EU institutions and EC procedures.
Experience
  • Cat. II : 5+ years / Cat. III : 2+ years in logistics of large-scale international ops.
  • EU EOM or similar mission experience.
  • Coordination-level experience.
  • Host country / regional experience (asset).
  • Proficiency in EU EOM working language (C2).
