As a Dealer Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in the dealer marketing landscape in France.
As a core member of the dealer marketing team, you will act as a key liaison between the marketing department, BYD regional sales team, and the dealer network to ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies and strengthen the brand’s influence in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Planning: Develop innovative sales activity ideas to help dealers enhance their market competitiveness.
- Brand Management: Develop and manage BYD brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all dealer channels.
- Marketing Planning: Develop annual/quarterly marketing plans for BYD dealers to align with overall brand strategy.
- Dealer Marketing Plan Management: Coordinate the approval and validation of dealer marketing plans, working closely with the regional sales managers and the French marketing department to optimize execution processes.
- Local Market Event Support: Assist dealers in planning, organizing, and executing local marketing events to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
- Event Data Collection & Analysis: Track, collect, and analyze key data from dealer marketing activities to assess effectiveness and support marketing optimization.
- On-Site Support: Regularly visit dealerships to provide guidance and hands-on support for marketing activities, ensuring the successful implementation of promotional plans.
- Local Media Investment Management: Assist in developing localized advertising strategies to ensure ad content aligns with brand identity and market needs. Collaborate with local media partners to optimize ad placements, increasing brand exposure and consumer reach. Monitor media performance, analyze ROI, and provide recommendations to enhance advertising efficiency and market impact. Ensure dealer advertisements comply with BYD brand standards and support strategy adjustments based on market trends.

- Local Media Partnership Management: Develop and maintain relationships with local media partners to ensure precise brand communication.
- Dealer Empowerment: Provide strategic marketing advice and guidance to regional managers and dealers to optimize their promotional efforts and drive sales performance.
- Effective Communication & Coordination: Ensure all dealers receive timely marketing updates to improve campaign execution and brand influence.
- On-Site Support: Offer direct assistance to dealers in executing marketing activities effectively.
