A leading customer support company is seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in French and English to join their team in Marseille, France. In this role, you will manage customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist with purchases. The ideal candidate has a customer-first approach and experience in BPO. This position offers a gross salary of 1700 EUR per month and potential for a hybrid work model after 6 months.

Customer Support Representative - French + English Are you a French-speaking professional with a passion for exceptional customer experience and technical troubleshooting? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative (French + English) to join our international team in Bulgaria. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic, multilingual environment, supporting one of the world's leading heavy equipment brands.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound requests via phone, email, chat, and webform from end consumers and CAT’s retailers.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide solutions effectively.
  • Assist customers with spare parts search and purchases.
  • Deliver accurate information and ensure every customer feels supported and valued.
Qualifications
  • French – C1 | English – C1 (Both languages at an advanced level are required).
  • Customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • At least 1-2 years of work experience in BPO or experience with US customers.
