Supports the project manager and the project team in coordinating the project team, executing the plan, and communicating while promoting best project management practices to ensure project success. Ensures comprehensive support on compliance by demonstrating skills and knowledge of business constraints.
Strategy and policy definition: Supports projects in accordance with strategic decisions. Identifies, advises, and monitors export transactions regarding compliance. Handles potential issues proactively by prioritizing legal risks and escalating them if necessary. Investigates compliance matters.
Legal support for business teams: Informs and advises the business on their compliance obligations. Trains staff involved in the daily handling of the relevant transactions.
Project Management: With the Project Manager, coordinates the execution of the project within the agreed budget, schedule, scope, and resources, and in accordance with the group’s processes, procedures, and governance; communicates effectively with stakeholders and ensures vertical communication of project-related decisions.
Tools: Responsible for setting up and updating the project plan with the Project Manager (schedule, resources, budget, etc.) using the company’s project management tool.
Process Improvement: Participates in the improvement of processes and procedures, liaises with other project coordinators for knowledge management and harmonization of practices. Continuously improves knowledge and relevant compliance principles for the company.
Mentoring / Training: Ensures team members’ adherence to the project management approach.
Effective data and tools management: Acquire, organize, protect, and process data to achieve business objectives.
Project Management and Leadership: Skills, knowledge, and behaviors related to the specific areas of project, program, and portfolio management.
Business Knowledge: Applicable understanding of the company’s market‑oriented approach and overall understanding of the organization, industrial strategy, and their interrelations.
Knowledge of Tools: Ability to navigate different IT tools and proficiency in tools and software relevant to a constantly evolving position.
Quality, Regulation, Industry, Finance: Ability to understand, transpose, and apply quality standards and processes, recording procedures, manufacturing processes, and financial matters.
