As a Country Manager for France and Belgium, based in the Paris Office, you’ll play a vital role in shaping Taboola’s success in one of our most strategic markets. You’ll lead our advertiser and publisher business across France and Belgium, build trusted partnerships with the biggest brands and agencies, and inspire a high-performing team to deliver measurable growth. Responsibilities
  • Lead the growth strategy for Taboola in France and Belgium, expanding our enterprise advertiser footprint.
  • Build and maintain C-level relationships with major brands and agencies, positioning Taboola as a strategic partner.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and account management team.
  • Ensure teams prioritize in-person customer engagement and foster a culture of customer-first thinking.
  • Oversee negotiations and long-term partnerships with key accounts, ensuring mutual growth and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and global leadership teams to align France’s strategy with company goals.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital advertising, media, or technology.
  • Proven success in building and scaling advertiser businesses, including consultative sales to enterprise clients.
  • Deep knowledge of the French advertising market and strong senior-level connections with brands and agencies.
  • Experience leading and motivating sales and account management teams to achieve ambitious targets.
  • Track record in negotiating and delivering strategic partnerships and joint business plans.
Bonus points
  • Experience managing both advertiser and publisher revenue streams.
  • Background in global or regional leadership, collaborating across multiple markets.
