Qualifications

  • 15 ans d'expérience en affaires réglementaires dans le secteur alimentaire ou pharmaceutique.
  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations alimentaires/pharmaceutiques des États-Unis et de l'UE.
  • Capacité à gérer de gros volumes d'informations et à prendre des décisions stratégiques.

We are seeking a Corporate Regulatory Affairs Manager (H / F) based in La Madeleine (near Lille).

The Corporate Regulatory Affairs Manager is responsible for compliance, identifying, coordinating, and developing strategic priorities related to product compliance.

This role involves performing risk assessments to evaluate legal and reputational impacts, working closely with Regulatory teams (LT Corporate and Business groups), Legal, Public Affairs, and Quality teams.

The manager reports directly to the Head of Corporate Regulatory Affairs.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Internal coordination with RA teams within Corporate and Business Groups to prevent product compliance issues.
  2. Ensuring effective communication with Regulatory functions across all groups, Legal, Public Affairs, and Quality to align on priorities and actions.
  3. External advocacy, including interactions with Authorities and external organizations.
  4. Developing a strategic roadmap for compliance, providing insights, recommendations, and supporting regulatory strategies to ensure high compliance levels.
  5. Leading educational initiatives to foster a compliance culture within the company.
  6. Communicating regulatory risks and opportunities to top management through reports and position papers, ensuring a harmonized company stance on key topics.

Travel up to 10% may be required.

  • Experience representing companies in trade associations at senior levels.
  • Ability to manage large information volumes and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with multicultural environments.
