The Commissioning Site Leader/ Specialist is responsible for supporting the review and approval of the CONTRACTOR's commissioning organization, deliverables, procedures, and planning activities to ensure a safe and efficient operational start-up. This includes developing pre-commissioning and commissioning activities with the proponent department, participating in HSE activities, managing systems and sub-systems definitions, and ensuring proper preparation and review of pre-commissioning and commissioning dossiers.
Additionally, the role involves monitoring and reporting on CONTRACTOR/Subcontractor progress, issuing periodic progress reports, and organizing and coordinating commissioning execution activities of various disciplines.
The basic function of the Commissioning Specialist is to ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities for the discipline are prepared and executed according to the OPERCOM® methodology in a safe manner and according to the planned schedule.
