A leading provider of trading solutions is seeking a Client Service Manager based in Paris or London. You will be the primary contact for clients, ensuring account management and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science or Information Systems and at least 3 years of experience in a trading room. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within a trading room is requested.
  • Ability to communicate at any level including traders and top management.
  • Excellent stamina and emotional stability required.

Our client is is a leading provider of trading solutions for international financial institutions. With offices in Europe, US and APAC, our client offers exciting professional opportunities and international careers.

As a Client Service Manager, your main tasks will be to:

  • Be the first point of contact for our managed clients and an entry point for: support, implementation, change requests, account tracking, etc....
  • Ensure rigorous management of allocated accounts: create, manage and follow up tickets, assign requests to the right person (technical experts, product team, business analyst, sales, etc.) and qualify them properly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and identify areas for continuous improvement of our services.
  • Operational management: organize quarterly account reviews, on-site visits, etc.
  • Promote new features, new products, latest updates to our customers.
  • Enforcement of the Service Level Agreement

Position either based in Paris or London

  • Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems
  • Extensive experience in trading: a minimum of 3 year experience is requested within a dealing room.
  • Excellent personal organization
  • Ability to communicate at any level (traders, top management, project management, providers, etc.)
  • Excellent stamina and emotional stability, ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Functional Skills front office (trading tools, market connectivity, etc.) appreciated
