Overview

SBS is looking for a Social Media Manager to strengthen our voice across digital channels, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and YouTube. About the role As part of the Brand & Communications team, you will be the social media lead for SBS, shaping our presence on LinkedIn and beyond. You'll define the editorial calendar, craft high-impact content, and manage our executive profiles and company page to reflect the voice of a forward-looking fintech leader. From major announcements to live event coverage, your work will ensure our social presence aligns with business priorities and elevates our thought leadership across France, the UK, Benelux, MEA, and North America.

Responsibilities
  • Own and lead SBS's LinkedIn strategy, content, and performance
  • Develop and manage the social content calendar, from concept to publication
  • Partner with business leaders to amplify their presence and visibility on LinkedIn
  • Create engaging posts, videos, visuals, and thought leadership content
  • Coordinate with marketing and events teams to highlight milestones, client success, product innovation, and media coverage
  • Monitor performance and continuously improve based on insights and benchmarks
  • Maintain a consistent tone and brand voice across all external channels
Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B social media, communications, or digital marketing
  • Proven expertise in LinkedIn strategy, execution, and analytics
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English (French is a strong plus)
  • Strong understanding of digital storytelling, visual formats, and platform algorithms
  • Experience working with executives and managing professional brand profiles
  • A mix of strategic vision and operational agility
  • Passionate about innovation, financial services, and tech-driven storytelling
