Qualifications

Your Mission: Taking care of our clients is at the heart of our business. Our User Care Experts are on the frontline to answer members via chat, email and phone, solve problems, and offer an amazing customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Helping our members: deal with members\' requests in a meaningful, delightful and timely manner. Be transparent, accurate, clear and helpful, recognising the importance of health and delivering exceptional service.
  • Improving Alan: work on projects alongside member support; help implement better processes and tools; contribute to product improvements by analysing feedback and suggesting enhancements.
  • Grow and learn: become an expert in healthcare and insurance; help new members of the care team; join a fast-growing company tackling an obsolete sector by putting the member at the heart of it all.
  • Pioneering: participate in building, nurturing and enhancing the care team as the company grows.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-support role, education, or communication
  • Bilingual English + Dutch
  • Passion for caring for members and solving problems
  • Strong written communication

  • Bonus: knowledge of the Belgian healthcare system (we will teach you if needed)

  • Insurance is a regulated profession; basic insurance knowledge test within first year of practice (exemptions may apply). The exam is covered by Alan.
