Overview

Fast Transformation company. We are seeking Director position to support Strategy and Business Transformation execution. Corporate position, worldwide.

Needs

• Support the leadership team in defining and communicating the IT Strategy and Business Platform master plan (vision, roadmap, progress and value)
• Lead transversal activities of the team and follow the execution of the action plans
• Lead key projects within the IT Strategy and Business

Missions

• Facilitate the acceleration of the Global IT Operating Model deployment, enhancing CIO visibility and IT efficiency across Business Domains
• Formalise the portfolio of solutions and their value propositions, on a range of Business areas
• Advised and supported TOM projects while standardizing key cross-functional roles and aligning local IT teams responsibilities
• Liaise with Business Relationship Managers, Business Advisory teams and group regions teams to define their deployment roadmaps
• Ensure platform delivery roadmaps are aligned to deliver the value proposition
• Prepare and participate to the key decision bodies to ensure that short and mid-term priorities and delivery plans are aligned

Skills

Experience in strategy consulting firm or Digital Strategy / Business Consulting role into large corporate organizations

Proven track record on communication of IT Master Plans

Expertise and proven success on managing transformation program
