What will your missions and responsibilities be?

• Represent clients in business litigation cases, including disputes between shareholders, breaches of commercial contracts, and complex debt recovery.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies in collaboration with partners and clients.
• Draft legal documents, such as submissions, motions, and legal opinions.
• Handle legal research and provide insightful legal advice in various aspects of commercial litigation.
• Build strong and lasting client relationships while ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing within the firm by participating in internal training and contributing to publications.

Your profile and key areas of expertise?

• Master’s degree in Law.
• A solid background in business litigation, including experience in commercial law, shareholder disputes, and banking / financial litigation.
• At least 3 years of experience in a law firm or in a comparable legal setting.
• Fluent in English and French; German, Dutch or any other European Language would be an asset.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a high‑pressure environment.
• Open to relocation to Luxembourg and ready to take on new challenges.
