The ERP Solution Architect will be responsible for managing and driving ERP projects. The position will support activities, including business process improvement, integration planning, project management and support. He/She will lead the technical workstreams of ERP solution that require cross-functional collaboration and interdependencies across a group of projects and/or related activities.

Job Responsibility

• Work with Business Partners, stakeholders and subject matter experts to document & map business processes and articulate end-to-end business requirements for company.
• Manage the implementation and deployment of new projects, respecting specifications, deadlines, and established budgets.
• Coordinate ERP evolution with business partners.
• Responsible for functional and technical documentation during Planning & Analysis Phase, Design Reviews, Execution & Solution Deployment.
• Provide advice and support to internal and external teams and facilitate partnership work.
• Manage and review IT procedures to ensure alignment with ISO13485 and ISO9001.
• Support day to day operation with users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience); advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in application management, overseeing successful ERP implementations from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Extensive knowledge of typical ERP modules, functionalities, and implementation methodologies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Business and user support oriented.
• Experience working global organization and across different time zones.
• Microsoft Dynamics experience
• SQL & PL/SQL
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• French and English are mandatory
