Our client, a well-established player in the UK asset finance sector, is currently recruiting for a Broker Manager to join their successful sales team.
The role involves driving the activities and performance of both new and existing broker relationships. The coverage area includes around the M25 and surrounding regions.
The primary focus is to strengthen existing broker relationships and develop strategies to enhance the quality and quantity of new business. The role also requires securing new broker relationships through regular visits to foster and maintain these connections. Additionally, you will serve as the main point of contact for broker connections handling larger deals (£500k+).
Essential experience includes asset finance and proven skills in managing and developing broker relationships. Good financial analysis skills are also necessary, as some transactions may require credit assessment and structuring intervention by the broker manager.
