The Enterprise Ad Sales team partners with some of the most influential organisations in the gaming industry. Through strategic partnerships and innovative ad solutions, they create impactful brand experiences that connect users with the brands they love.

Being part of the Gaming Brand Partnerships team means managing a diverse portfolio of clients that are highly performance-driven.

Responsibilities
  • Lead C-suite level conversations to drive revenue growth and develop strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the sales process and product solutions, including effective product combinations
  • Lead the account planning process by aligning client objectives with TikTok resources to maximize growth opportunities
  • Grow revenue by educating clients, leading strategic discussions, and navigating complex stakeholder relationships
  • Act as a subject‑matter expert for your book of business, including escalation management and issue resolution
  • Spearhead client education on products and provide regular product updates to recommend the best approaches to drive business outcomes for clients and agencies
  • Lead collaboration with external clients and internal cross‑functional stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in media sales, digital marketing, brand advertising, and/or online advertising
  • Strong experience in digital media with a focus on performance marketing
  • Proven track record of building compelling sales presentations using industry insights and internal proof points
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C‑level stakeholders
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong team player with a collaborative approach
  • Fluent written/verbal French and English language skills in order to communicate with clients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with gaming advertisers
  • Prior ownership of advertisers’ media budgets within the entertainment industry
  • Proven experience in building and managing full‑funnel advertising strategies
  • Solid knowledge of self‑serve platforms, auction‑based and bid‑driven digital advertising models
