MacGregor Black is proud to partner with a leading Premium Wine & Spirits producer in their search for a Spirits Brand Ambassador – Europe.

Based in Central Europe (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, or France), this role offers the opportunity to represent a premium spirits portfolio across key European markets. You’ll bring this award‑winning brand to life through exceptional storytelling, education, and trade engagement, driving both visibility and commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the face of the brand, embodying the values of craftsmanship, quality, and joie de vivre.
• Build and maintain strong trade relationships across on‑trade and off‑trade partners, supporting distributors and local teams.
• Deliver tastings, trainings, and brand education to trade, media, and consumers.
• Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and activations across Europe.
• Drive visibility and advocacy through creative brand experiences and storytelling.
• Share market insights and performance feedback to support regional strategy.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure consistent brand presence across markets.

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador or within trade roles (e.g. bartender, brand educator, distributor).
• Strong existing network within the European premium drinks trade.
• WSET Spirits Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred; wine knowledge an advantage.
• Fluent in French and English; additional European languages a plus.
• Polished, outgoing, and confident presenter with a luxury mindset.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple markets.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and social media.
