Join Our Team as a B2B2C Product Development Manager at AXA Partners!

We are looking for a talented and experienced B2B2C Product Development Manager who not only drives the future of insurance and B2B2C embedded services innovation, such as orchestration platforms or digital solutions, but also acts as a business-oriented sales professional. This individual will serve as a vital liaison between internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration to deliver exceptional solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional teams and business-planning processes in driving product and digital solution planning.
• Analyze customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.
• Assess competitor offerings and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales for successful product launches.
• Create positioning and messaging that sets our orchestration platform apart.

This professional will be based in either Barcelona, Spain, or Malakoff, France!

Your Profile

What We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s degree in product design, engineering, or related fields, business-oriented.
• 3-5 years of experience in product management focused on digital B2B2C e-commerce or platform solutions.
• Proven success in overseeing the product development lifecycle.
• Advanced level of English is mandatory.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to bridge business and technical needs.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of the insurance market and emerging trends.
