Job Description

The mission of the Aide-soignant/Aide-soignante in EHPAD is to identify the physical and psychological needs of residents and monitor changes in their health status. The responsibilities include assisting residents with daily life activities, intervening in cases of dependence, collaborating in preventive and curative care, and distributing medication.

The ideal candidate should have knowledge of working with elderly dependents, techniques and rules for hygiene, ergonomics, and rules for ensuring the comfort and safety of individuals. The candidate should also possess skills such as listening, attentiveness, and the ability to transmit information.

Working Conditions

The working hours are morning, evening, and daytime shifts, with the possibility of doing individual animation with residents. The contract is a 12-month CDD, part-time, with a 21-hour workweek.
