A leading Talent Management company in Paris seeks a Senior Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of B2B SaaS closing experience, mandatory outbound sales capabilities, and fluency in French. About the team

The Tellent France team has grown significantly over the past year and now covers all Go-To-Market functions, including Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Support. As part of the Sales team, you will report directly to our Head of Sales for France. With more than 1,000 customers already using our products in France, our ambition is to continue this strong momentum and double both our revenue and customer base in the coming years.

Your 12-month journey as a Senior Account Executive

Your first three months - you will be fully onboarded and certified on Tellent’s product and sales process. You will start running your own discovery and demos independently and begin building your pipeline through outbound efforts and closing first deals.

By the six-month mark - you will consistently achieve your monthly activity, pipeline creation and ARR targets, while running multiple self-sourced opportunities and engaging with different stakeholders across your accounts. You will also demonstrate forecast accuracy and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

By the end of your first year - you will be exceeding your annual quota, have built strong reference customers in your territory, and be recognized internally as a top performer. You will also play a role in shaping the sales playbook and be seen as a trusted partner to Marketing, Partnerships, Onboarding, and Customer Success in driving revenue growth.

What you will be doing:
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on new business acquisition.

  • Build and manage your pipeline through outbound activities and by leveraging marketing- and partner-generated leads.

  • Run complex sales cycles (3–6 months) involving multiple stakeholders across Finance, HR, and C-level.

What you will bring to the team:
  • 2–5 years of proven closing experience in B2B SaaS (not only SMB 50-250 FTE but mid-market >250 FTE).

  • Mandatory outbound experience: demonstrated ability to build and own pipeline, not just rely on inbound or other channels.

  • Comfortable running end-to-end sales cycles of 2–6 months, from prospecting to close.

  • Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder deals (Finance, HR, C-level).

  • Skilled in forecasting accuracy: able to reliably predict deal outcomes and pipeline coverage.

  • Strong negotiation and business case building skills.

  • Applies methodology rigorously for qualification, discovery and deal progression.

  • Fluent in French (C2) and good command of English (B2)

It’s plus if you:
  • Started your career as an Outbound BDR.

  • Have knowledge of HR tech and most specifically the ATS ecosystem.

  • Are proficient with at least one recognized framework: MEDDIC / MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, SPIN Selling, SPICED, BANT or any other relevant methodology.
