Main Responsibilities :
  • Focus on new business development, finding prospects/projects, qualification, and closure for successful sales.
  • Sells a subset of products or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in the designated team/squad.
  • Involves specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g., SE for demos).
  • Develops solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
  • Manages sales through forecasting, account resource requesting, account strategy, and planning.
  • Participates in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
  • Negotiates pricing and contractual agreements to close sales.
  • Maintains client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers, Customer Success Executives, or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health.
  • Cross-sells for accounts he/she signs on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation).
Main Requirements :
  • Several years of applicable experience including solution sales experience.
  • Successful sales track record with commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Knowledge of Infobip’s solutions and competitors’ solutions.
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills with prospects/customers.
  • Understanding of digital and cloud market solutions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing market.
  • Business understanding of conversational platforms and AI is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
