Base pay range

We are currently recruiting a Client Services Officer to join our client's team in Madrid on a permanent contract. If you are fluent English (C2 level), and looking to develop your career in an international and dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you.

You will play a key role in supporting clients by providing high-quality assistance, ensuring satisfaction, and building long-term relationships.

Education

Profile Requirements :

• Minimum of Bac+2 or equivalent higher education qualification.

Languages

• Full professional proficiency in English (C2 level written and spoken is mandatory).
• Knowledge of an additional language is a plus, depending on project needs.

Key Skills

• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and standard office tools.
• Ability to manage and nurture client relationships.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly valued.

Working Conditions

• Full-time (40 hours / week);
• Rotational shifts, 5 working days per week (Monday to Sunday), with flexibility :
• Day Shift : Between 07 : 30 and 19 : 00
• Afternoon Shift : Between 17 : 00 and 04 : 00
