Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist - Relocate to Barcelona

About the Role

As a Junior Digital Marketing Campaign Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting German agencies and businesses to launch and optimize their online advertising campaigns. This is a target-driven position where you'll collaborate closely with clients, providing expert guidance to ensure their digital marketing efforts are effective and impactful.

Your Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding & Consultation: Serve as a trusted advisor helping clients navigate and create impactful PPC campaigns.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop tailored digital advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze campaign data to drive spend, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term campaign sustainability.
4. Client Engagement: Manage a high volume of client interactions daily via phone, delivering top-quality support and fostering strong relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: A BA/BS degree or equivalent; an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus.
• Experience: 1-2 years in sales and/or online advertising.
• Skills: Strong desire to meet and exceed productivity, customer satisfaction, and target goals; excellent communication skills (verbal and written); effective time management and self-organization; analytical mindset; client-focused approach; team player; native-level German; high proficiency in English.
