Purpose of the role:
As a member of the TP team, you will work on outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads. You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity to significantly impact their business. It is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets and contribute to a larger sales team responsible for expanding our client base across EMEA.
Your responsibilities:
- Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone calls and/or emails) daily.
- Qualify and manage inbound leads and the overall sales pipeline.
- Identify business needs and personalize the product accordingly.
- Prepare and set expectations with businesses regarding onboarding and go-live processes.
- Develop a deep understanding of onboarding requirements across different regions.
- Work closely with businesses to gather and submit necessary information for onboarding.
- Support businesses through verification processes and troubleshoot issues.
- Escalate issues appropriately and provide feedback through support channels.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment.
- English level C2.
- At least 1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles.
- Experience in a call center environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to produce quality work under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Google Docs/Sheets and/or Microsoft Word/Excel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Nice to have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business.

Additional details:
- Full-time position (39h/week, Monday to Friday).
- Salary: €21,898 gross/year + up to €2,628 gross/year in bonuses.
