A leading global brand is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Barcelona. This role involves providing expert client assistance, managing sales pipelines, and maintaining relationships for sustained growth. Your responsibilities and impact working as an Inside Sales Representative will be:
  • Providing expert assistance to clients and partners using a consultative approach to account management.

  • Developing a business environment for sustained growth within the account.

  • Maintaining relationships within the account to ensure long-term visibility of techniques, strategies, and competitor movements.

  • Researching new sales opportunities within the existing portfolio of accounts.

  • Driving profit through proactive management.

  • Tracking, managing, and reporting ongoing activities related to the sales pipeline.

  • Responding to incoming client or partner calls and providing solutions.

  • Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs.

Skills, experiences, and interests needed to succeed in this role:
  • Native level of Dutch/Flemish and a good level of English.

  • Previous experience in B2B sales and channel management.

  • Achievement and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Attentive listening skills and effective communication abilities.

  • Energetic, innovative, and proactive work approach at a fast pace.

  • Interest in intercultural communication and expatriate lifestyle.

  • Living in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an international career and life experience.
