A leading telecommunications company in Spain is seeking a Technical Support Engineer responsible for network architecture and technical leadership in network-related projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking, and excellent communication skills. This role involves monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and managing inquiries. A dynamic work environment with a 24x7 shift schedule is expected.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for network architecture and providing the technical lead in all network related projects and support activities.
