Minimum Academic Requirement :

Candidates must hold at least a Master’s degree in a relevant field. A PhD is considered a strong asset.

Areas of Required Expertise :

Applicants should demonstrate proven knowledge and experience in the following areas:

• Sports Club Management: governance models, organizational structures, strategic planning.
• International Sports Organizations: operations and governance of entities such as FIFA, IOC, UEFA, etc.
• Sports Broadcasting: audiovisual rights, media landscape, economic impact, and regulatory frameworks.
• Sponsorship and Partnerships: sponsorship strategy development, negotiation, and brand activation.
• Sports Communication: public relations, crisis communication, traditional and digital media.
• Digital Sports Marketing: campaign planning, social media, fan engagement, and emerging trends.
• Sports Branding: development and management of personal and institutional brand identity.
