You are invited to join an international team focused on digital marketing in Barcelona. Your function will be to assist innovative companies as they establish their presence on one of the worlds leading advertising platforms. This position is a combination of defining digital strategy integrating new customers and providing expert performance consultation giving you the chance to work closely with businesses that are driving forward their industries. You will guide them in creating a solid foundation for paid advertising by teaching them about platform capabilities how to structure campaigns and best practices for achieving scalable results.

Acting as the primary client contact during the initial setup you will utilize both your marketing expertise and a strong commercial viewpoint. You will help clients understand how to optimize campaign performance while simultaneously identifying avenues for strategic business expansion. Your efforts will enable these organizations to make informed data-based decisions and strengthen their commitment to the platform over the long term.

Core Responsibilities
  • Integrate new clients guiding them through platform setup digital planning and fundamental performance concepts.
  • Develop and structure PPC campaigns applying optimal methods for targeting bidding creative execution and tracking conversions.
  • Assess business objectives and digital customer pathways to suggest customized advertising strategies.
  • Offer continuous advisory services to enhance campaign effectiveness maximize return on investment (ROI) and refine the overall digital strategy.
  • Conduct proactive calls to engage new clients highlight essential features and recommend relevant solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding campaigns or implementing advanced tools based on client needs and goals.
  • Share timely updates on platform changes audience trends and advanced optimization techniques.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Support clients in integrating automation AI functionalities and smart bidding into their marketing operations.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
  • A university degree (BA / BS) or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Native-level proficiency (C2) in both German and English.
  • Professional background in either marketing or sales.
  • Previous experience in customer interaction consulting or managing advertising campaigns.
  • Ability to work effectively without direct supervision while delivering high outcomes.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and performance-data-driven communication.
  • Comfortable analyzing key metrics and presenting strategic insights.
  • Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
  • A proactive goal-oriented and adaptable approach in dynamic environments.
Specific Competencies for the German Market
  • A solid understanding of German digital marketing behavior and regional differences.
  • Awareness of local professional etiquette and communication norms.
  • Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its impact on advertising planning.
  • Confidence in discussing financial topics like ROI attribution and platform integrations.
  • Proven skill in building trust with stakeholders in contexts sensitive to data privacy.
