Compensation: Base salary + relocation package + yearly bonus
- Build and optimise advertising campaigns for top-tier B2B clients
- Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
- Analyze campaign and account-level data for performance improvements
- Generate reports to support optimisation strategies
- Align digital solutions with client goals across Search, Mobile & Video
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue
- Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results
- Native/fluent in German (C2), fluent in English (B2+)
- 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
- Solid understanding of online advertising (AdWords, GSN, etc.)
- Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
- Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Passionate about marketing trends and tech innovation
