JOB SUMMARY

At Dormer Pramet IT is positioned as a trusted technology partner and efficient service provider to the business.

We are looking for an SAP Architect for the supply chain management area to join our team and lead the design, implement, and optimize our SAP solutions for our business users. You will be responsible for responsible for leading the architecture and integration of SAP SCM modules, such as material management, warehouse management and transportation management etc., with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards, and overseeing the delivery and operation support of high-quality SAP solutions in the designated areas.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as system owner(s) of the technical solutions and ensure the system’s high availability and efficiency in the designated areas.
• Analyze business processes and requirements, translate business requirements to technical solutions.
• Design technical solutions with estimates of time, cost, and resources.
• Design and architect SAP solutions for SCM modules and related components, such as master data, business processes, interfaces, reports, forms, and enhancements, mainly about Material Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation Management, Advanced planning, and optimization modules to support the end-to-end process, integrating with other SAP and non-SAP systems / modules.
• Collaborate and align with other architects to ensure the solution complies with the higher-level architecture design and roadmap.
• Develop the roadmap and drive the execution for the solutions in the designated areas in line with business plan.
• Lead and manage the development, testing, and deployment of SAP solutions, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with project managers, business process owners, key users, functional consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on vendor management including evaluation of proposal, quotation, and estimate.
• Act as IT project manager for related projects or initiatives.
• Maintain and monitor the solution to ensure it runs properly as designed.
• Ensure the service level agreement is in place and be fulfilled for solutions of designated area.
• Improve the solution based on the enhancement requirements and analysis of performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to the project teams and stakeholders, resolving complex issues, and ensuring adherence to the SAP architecture and integration principles.
• Maintain the documents of solution design and knowledge of designated areas.
• Manage the budget and cost of related delivery and support with stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

PROFILE

• At least 10 years of experience in SAP solutions and architecture, with expertise in MM, WM, PP, SD, APO modules and their integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, SAP S / 4HANA, SAP Fiori, SAP BAPI, SAP IDOC, SAP RFC, and SAP ALE etc.
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP solutions using SAP Activate methodology, SAP Solution Manager, and SAP Cloud Platform
• Strong business acumen and customer centric.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Agile ways of working with experience of agile methodology.
• Certificate of relative SAP modules is a plus.
