We are Fut-Ure IT & Tech Recruitment Group, an international IT and tech headhunting agency. We are currently seeking to fill an Analyst for NetSuite Applications (Senior) for one of our clients. This role involves a direct employment agreement with our client.

This position is dedicated to the support and maintenance of NetSuite and related applications. The ideal candidate will possess advanced technical expertise to address and resolve issues effectively, oversee the implementation of new features and functionalities, and work closely with partner teams to lead or significantly contribute to projects that may have a broad organizational impact. The role demands a highly skilled, self-driven professional with a passion for optimizing tools, enhancing efficiency, and improving processes.

Their expanding team of four Application Analysts—soon to be five—plays a key role in managing critical business systems, including customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and other essential cloud-based platforms. We currently use Zendesk as our primary CRM and NetSuite OneWorld for ERP. All systems we support are cloud-native, with no reliance on local servers. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across various departments and contribute to high-impact initiatives that support both operational efficiency and financial integrity.

• Oversee and manage NetSuite on a daily basis, ensuring effective system administration.
• Stay informed about the latest business application features, customizations, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using data from NetSuite, including saved searches and other operational reports.
• Update and manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, scripts, and workflows to align with business requirements; oversee User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Establish and maintain appropriate system access permissions for all user roles.
• Offer first-line support to users, covering all aspects of NetSuite, data management, and other business applications.
• Act as the primary contact for NetSuite support and liaison with all third-party integrated application partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that the design and functionality of NetSuite enhances organizational value and efficiency.
• Assess system upgrades to understand their impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Fixed Assets, and Record to Report.
• Maintain NetSuite SuiteFlow and Advanced Approvals.
• Analyze complex issues and requests, providing recommendations on leveraging NetSuite to address them.
• Offer strategic insights to the Finance team and contribute to internal product roadmaps, identifying opportunities to enhance platform usability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their development in their roles and career progression.
• Cross-train with team members to support other system requirements across the team.

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing NetSuite for a multinational organization is essential. Experience working in a publicly traded company is a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• A highly motivated and innovative technologist with proven expertise in project management, multitasking, prioritization, and effective communication.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to address and solve real-world business challenges.
• Skilled at maintaining a balance between meticulous attention to detail and timely execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional prioritization abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to shifting business demands as needed.

• Proficient in analyzing business workflows and translating them into functional application solutions, with the capability to seek clarification from non-technical stakeholders in an effective and empathetic manner.

• Possession of NetSuite certifications, such as the NetSuite Administrator Certification or NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
• Knowledge and experience in adhering to compliance and regulatory standards, including GDPR, CCPA, SOX, and PCI.
• Proficiency in analyzing NetSuite data using business intelligence tools like Mode.
• Familiarity with financial planning platforms such as Hyperion and Pigment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace applications (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and the Atlassian Cloud Suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Experience working within Agile methodologies, including kanban and scrum frameworks.
• Basic understanding or experience with programming languages such as SQL or Python.
