We offer a unique opportunity for a Controlling and Administration Manager to join a growing family office with strong investments in the international hospitality sector.
As the first financial professional within the organization, and reporting to the GM, you will play a key role in structuring and overseeing its financial controlling and administrative activities, in close collaboration with international external partners and local shared service teams.
Mission & Responsibilities
- Preparing and monitoring financial reports for, among others, hotel operations and related activities (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, bank reconciliation).
- Supporting the budgeting process and performance follow-up, in coordination with external partners involved in hotel and other activities.
- Acting as a financial partner to operational stakeholders, identifying key areas for improvement through financial KPIs.
- Overseeing administrative procedures and ensuring effective coordination with shared service teams.
- Providing accurate information for accounting and tax processes.
- Monitoring and controlling the implementation of internal instructions.
- Managing the digital archive of reporting documents.
- Providing ad-hoc support to related entities when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in financial controlling and administration, preferably in international environments.
- A background in the hospitality / hotel industry will be highly valued.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- High level of English.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong knowledge of controlling processes, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow components.
- Rigor, analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to bring clarity and assertiveness to financial insights.
- Reliability, integrity and discretion, combined with a collaborative attitude and a strong business curiosity.
