- Work within the CRO team to provide insights to improve app workflows
- Understand user acquisition processes to analyze and propose improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to increase project profitability
- Recommend and analyze multivariate experiments
- Assess performance impacts of product and marketing strategy changes
- Explore data to find actionable insights through funnels, cohort analyses, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and more
- Monitor the impact of improvements through app updates
- Participate in strategic meetings with CRO, Product, and Marketing teams
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or similar
- At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst working with user flows
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience with data visualization tools and A/B testing
- Experience in acquisition funnels (optional)
- Knowledge of SQL (optional)
