Una empresa busca un Project Owner para integrarse en su equipo en Barcelona, responsable de mejorar herramientas y sistemas del equipo de Contención de Costos. El candidato ideal debe tener experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT, conocimientos en Microsoft Dynamics y JIRA, y ser fluido en inglés y español. Formación

• Experiencia en gestión de proyectos IT y metodologías ágiles.
• Capacidad de traducir necesidades de negocio en historias de usuario y gestionar el backlog.
• Fluidez en inglés y español, y experiencia comunicando con partes interesadas técnicas y no técnicas.

Responsabilidades

• Colaborar con los interesados para entender sus prioridades y necesidades.
• Gestionar el backlog del producto, priorizar características y resolver conflictos.
• Realizar pruebas de usuario y medir el rendimiento del producto.

? We are looking for a Project Owner in our Barcelona office!

?About The Role

This position serves as an integral member of the Global Medical Networks and Cost Containment team. The position aims at ensuring constant improvement on the Tools and systems used by the cost containment team. In more details, responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with the business stakeholders to understand their requirements, priorities, and pain points.
• Translate the business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items.
• Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the IT development team and the external vendors.
• Plan and facilitate the sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Review and approve the deliverables, monitor the progress, and provide feedback.
• Manage the product backlog, prioritize the features, and resolve the dependencies and conflicts.
• Ensure that the products are aligned with the company's strategy, standards, and policies.
• Conduct user testing, user acceptance testing, and user training.
• Measure and report the product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and manage the risks, issues, and changes related to the products.
• Experience in IT project management and agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of IT product development lifecycle and best practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and JIRA.
• Experience with SAP will be considered a strong asset.
• Background or familiarity with payment processes is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish. French language knowlegde is a plus.
• Current residence in Barcelona.
