We’re looking for a hands-on Product Manager to join our team and help us scale smarter.

What we need: a versatile PM, someone who’s comfortable rolling up their sleeves in a startup environment, navigating between product ideation and execution, and thriving in a setting where digital and physical experiences are deeply connected.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have experience in startups , ideally in healthtech or other online-offline hybrid models (e.g., retail, logistics, mobility).
• Understand the challenges of managing complex user journeys , from web/app interactions to in-clinic operations.
• Speak fluent Spanish and English , we’re a truly international team, and both languages are part of the day-to-day.
• Are comfortable owning features end-to-end: from discovery and stakeholder alignment to delivery and iteration.
• Enjoy working cross-functionally with clinicians, ops, designers, engineers, and data folks.

Bonus points if you’ve worked with:

• Healthcare workflows
• Scheduling management systems
• CRMs and integrations (like HubSpot)
• Consents management or compliance
• Mobile-first product thinking

Key Tasks :

• Leading product discovery and delivery across web, mobile, and in-clinic tools.
• Working closely with ops, marketing, clinicians, and tech to align user needs with business goals.
• Managing product backlogs and roadmaps in collaboration with design and engineering.
• Prioritizing ruthlessly based on impact, data, and input from the field.
• Defining success metrics and tracking product performance.
• Supporting migrations and scaling of workflows as we grow internationally.
• Ensuring the patient experience is smooth, safe, and delightful, from first touch to treatment completion.
