We're searching for a passionate Motion Designer eager to stretch their creative muscles and leave their mark on the world. Join our Creative Studio and collaborate with the Product team, where motion designers, copywriters, and videographers / photographers come together to breathe life into our brand's story through engaging animations and interactive experiences.

What you’ll be doing :

We are seeking a talented motion designer to join our marketing and branding team. As an integral member of our creative team, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling motion content for marketing and in-product experiences, helping maintain the consistency and integrity of our brand across various platforms.

Create Engaging Visual & Interactive Content :

• Develop and design compelling motion graphics, animations, and interactive visual effects for various media platforms including digital, advertising, and in-app animations.
• Design motion elements and interactions that enhance user experiences within our digital products while also contributing to brand animations and storytelling across various platforms.

Concept Development :

• Collaborate with creative leads, product designers, and developers to conceptualize and storyboard motion design projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Translate marketing and product strategies into engaging visual narratives.

Technical Execution :

• Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Figma, Lottie, etc.) to produce high-quality animations and visual effects, ensuring consistency and attention to detail.
• Work with product teams to integrate motion and micro-interactions seamlessly into UI / UX designs.
• Deliver top-notch animated content with well-structured files that enable seamless collaboration and efficient iteration.
• Optimize animations for web and mobile applications to ensure smooth performance.

Stay Updated :

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in motion and interaction design to ensure our content remains innovative and competitive.
• Explore and experiment with AI-driven animation tools and automation techniques to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Strategic Thinking :

• Understand how motion design fits into broader business objectives, marketing strategies, and user experience goals.

What you need to succeed :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working as a motion designer in a marketing, branding, or digital product environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere) and Figma.
• Experience with interactive motion tools such as Lottie, Rive, and advanced prototyping tools is a strong plus.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, UX / UI interactions, storytelling, typography, and color theory.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into visually compelling and interactive experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for innovation, digital storytelling, and creating engaging animations.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of motion design projects across different styles and applications.
