What we’re looking for :

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead the B2C & B2B Marketing team in Iberia. At Engel & Völkers, Marketing plays a crucial role in helping the business to grow and increase market share. The client side of our Marketing efforts is focused on seller, buyer, and B2B acquisition strategies.

Focused on digital marketing and data analysis, the main responsibilities of this role will be :

  • Leading the local team
  • Develop and execute the digital product marketing plan and ensure implementation across all Iberia offices and shops.
  • Define seller and buyer acquisition targets and roadmap using : Google Ads, Social Media, Display, Real Estate Portals, Email Marketing, and Farming.
  • Budget planning and control to achieve the marketing plan objectives.
  • KPI-based analysis as a basis for the design of marketing campaigns and actions.
  • Proposing innovative projects to promote business growth.
  • Negotiation with key suppliers and external agencies.
  • Collaborate with the Head Office team in Hamburg on corporate marketing projects and strategies.
  • Passionate and dynamic person with leadership abilities.
  • Ready to work closely with the business units to understand their needs and accomplish common goals on time.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Your experience :

  • Solid experience in Digital Marketing : preferably with services companies in B2C and B2B field
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required.
  • A Master's degree in Digital Marketing or online business is a plus.
  • High analytical skills
  • Digital expert with a 360º vision with deep knowledge of SEO & SEM strategies, Google Ads, Analytics, Social Media Ads, and Programmatic Marketing.
  • Advanced level of Excel; knowledge of Google Data Studio or other reporting tools will be an asset.
  • Advanced level of English essential.
  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere will be valued.
