About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Assist in coordinating and managing marketing projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery. Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Ensure smooth communication and alignment across departments.
• Digital Content Maintenance: Update and maintain digital content across websites, social media, and other platforms. Ensure all content is current, accurate, and aligned with brand messaging.
• General Marketing Support: Assist in creating marketing materials, presentations, and reports. Help organize events, webinars, and promotional activities. Conduct market research to support campaigns and audience targeting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing within the finance or tech industry is a bonus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage tasks precisely.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems (CMS is a plus).
• Proficiency in social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
• Professional fluency in English; Italian or Spanish is a bonus.
• Experience working remotely with a global team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
