Job Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our dynamic Climatech team. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining server-side logic, defining and maintaining the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to front-end requests. Your contributions will directly impact the scalability and security of our applications.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Server-Side Development: Build efficient, testable, and reusable backend modules. Develop clean, robust, and scalable code.
• Database Management: Design and implement databases to ensure integrity, performance, and security. Manage data exchange between the server and users.
• Integration: Streamline data storage solutions and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Optimization: Optimize the application for maximum speed and scalability, implementing security and data protection.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
• Collaborative Development: Collaborate with frontend developers and other team members to set objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance user experience.

What You Need To Succeed:

• Proven Backend Development Experience: Proficiency in server-side languages, with C# being used here, but experience in other languages is also acceptable.
• Familiarity with Database Technology: Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
• System Architecture Understanding: Ability to design and implement API-based architectures including REST.
• Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Effective Communication: Strong abilities in clear communication, capable of explaining complex ideas to non-technical team members.
• Adaptability: Open to adopting new technologies and frameworks as project demands evolve.
