As the EMEA Marketing Manager for Prestige Brands (both fragrance & makeup), you will be responsible for translating global brand strategies into compelling operational marketing plans across the EMEA region. You will partner closely with both local market teams and global brand teams to ensure consistent and impactful execution across channels, delivering growth and reinforcing brand equity in line with Puig’s prestige positioning.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with global brand teams to understand brand positioning, priorities, and toolkits.
- Translate global strategies into regional marketing plans tailored to local market realities across EMEA.
- Support local teams in building annual and seasonal marketing calendars in alignment with brand objectives and market needs.
- Directly responsible for the regional Make up marketing plan
- Act as the key liaison between global brand teams and local subsidiaries.
- Support local teams in the execution of marketing plans, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and consistency in activation quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination across markets.
3 . P&L Management :
- Together with Finance & Local Teams, secure the brands’ budget optimum management to balance growth & profitability
- Set accurate forecasts and performance targets
4 . Performance & Business Analysis
- Track brand and category performance across EMEA markets; identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor key KPIs (sell-in / sell-out, market share, visibility, ROI) and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate post-launch reviews and campaign evaluations with local teams.
5 . Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with regional and global functions such as Media, PR & Advocacy, Commercial, Retail and Digital to ensure integrated brand-building efforts.
- Align with regional Demand Planning and Supply Chain on launches and forecasts.
We'd love to meet you if you have
- Experience : 5–8 years in marketing, ideally in prestige / luxury beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. Regional or international experience is strongly preferred.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
- Languages : Fluent in English. French, Spanish, or other European languages are a plus.
- Specific Knowledge required :
Strong understanding of brand management and go-to-market strategies
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
- Skills & Attributes :
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking; comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
