Sales Manager - Málaga

Location: Benalmádena Costa, Spain

Job Title: Sales Manager (Dutch-Speaking) - Hybrid MV02

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team to achieve business and performance targets, ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts and maintaining CRM data integrity
  • Removing roadblocks and supporting the team in sales opportunities
  • Analyzing data and market trends to develop strategic sales plans
  • Staying informed on client services developments and market trends
  • Responding promptly to client issues as a point of escalation
  • Maintaining strategic client relationships through effective communication
  • Ensuring team understanding of targets and coordinating incentives
  • Building business relationships with partners to meet customer expectations
