Senior EU Lawyer & Competition
At Marimón Abogados, we are looking for a senior lawyer (with between 5 and 10 years of experience) to join our Competition and EU Law Department team, either in our Madrid or Barcelona office.
- Participate in merger control and foreign investment matters.
- Advising and handling issues related to abuses, cartels, and vertical agreements.
- Develop and implement compliance programs for clients.
- Work on Unfair Competition and Food Chain Law issues.
- Take on EU Law matters and related advisory work.
- Experience: between 5 and 10 years in competition law at a top-tier law firm in Spain or Brussels.
- Education: Law degree (a degree in Business Administration or Economics is a plus). Specialization master's degree or master''s degree in Competition Law and European Law.
- Experience in training and supervising junior lawyers.
- Professional level of English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
