As a Senior Data Analyst you will combine deep analytical skills with strong data engineering capabilities to deliver reliable insights, scalable data pipelines, and high-quality datasets for decision-making and AI initiatives. As a senior IC, you will own complex data problems end-to-end—from understanding business questions to architecting data solutions and delivering actionable recommendations.
Design, build, and optimize data pipelines (batch and streaming) to support analytics and AI workloads.
Develop robust data models and analytical layers that improve data discoverability and reusability.
Lead complex analyses and generate insights that influence strategy, product decisions, and operational improvements.
Partner with engineering, product, and AI teams to ensure complete, high-quality datasets for model development and monitoring.
Establish data quality frameworks, metadata standards, and pipelines observability practices.
Automate reporting, dashboards, and analytical workflows to increase speed and self-service.
Mentor peers in analytical methods, SQL/Python best practices, and data engineering patterns (without people management).

Advanced SQL and Python expertise. (Required).
Strong experience with ETL/ELT frameworks (Airflow, dbt, Data Factory, etc.). (Required).
Practical experience with cloud data ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP). (Required).
Expertise in designing scalable data models (dimensional, lakehouse, MPP systems). (Required).
Strong statistical reasoning and proficiency with analytical tools (Pandas, Spark, BI platforms). (Required).
Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches. (Required).
Experience supporting ML/LLM pipelines or ML Ops. (Preferred).
Knowledge of financial services data, regulatory constraints, or risk frameworks. (Preferred).
Familiarity with modern data cataloging and governance tooling. (Preferred).
Consistently delivers reliable data products and insights with minimal supervision.
Reduces data latency, errors, and operational effort through automation and design choices.
Improves decision-making for stakeholder groups through impactful analytics.
