A global fashion company is seeking a Product Development Specialist for the Pepe Jeans Footwear team based in Elche, Alicante. The role involves driving product development, ensuring quality, and liaising with partners and factories. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in footwear, with knowledge of technical sketches and pattern making, and be fluent in English and Spanish. As a Product Development Specialist in the Pepe Jeans Footwear team, you will drive the product development, execution of the designs and fit in timely manner within set calendar and margin goals. Insure quality, fitting, detailing and branding parameters are met. Align with price requirements. Communication with partners, tradings and factories.
This position requires 4 days in office (Monday to Thursday) and is based in Elche (Alicante)
