Project Manager – EUCD (European Union Copyright Directive)

From ManpowerGroup Interim Management, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (M / F / X) with strong knowledge of the EUCD regulation (European Union Copyright Directive) for a 6-month assignment with one of our key clients, a globally leading company in the technology sector.

📍 Location : Fully remote, with occasional visits to the Barcelona office during the initial training phase.

• 🤝 Collaborate closely with product and program managers to design and implement tailored project management frameworks.
• 📊 Perform deep data analysis to support strategic decisions and maintain reliable, up-to-date datasets.
• 🗂️ Build, update, and manage project schedules and dashboards, ensuring real-time visibility into milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• 🧩 Lead and facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clear documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
• 📣 Manage program communications to keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged.
• 📝 Prepare and deliver periodic status reports and project updates.
• 🔎 Support audit, compliance, and operational readiness activities when needed.

• 🧭 2–4 years of project management experience, ideally in the software or technology space.
• 📚 Strong knowledge of the EUCD regulation (European Union Copyright Directive / EU Copyright Directive).
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree.
• 💻 Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project).
• 🌐 Demonstrated experience working with external partners and cross-functional teams.
• 📈 Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret complex information.
• 🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 👥 Proven experience facilitating meetings and driving collaborative team outcomes.
• ⚠️ Ability to identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.

• 🔍 Solid understanding of technology products, services, and ecosystems.
• 🛡️ Experience supporting compliance, audit, or operational readiness projects.

🔄 Seeking someone able to manage complex business processes and support negotiations (without directly leading them).

🌍 English fluency required; Spanish is not mandatory.
