A leading payment solutions company is looking for a Payment Account Specialist to support Catalan-speaking customers from Lisbon. You will assist with payment transactions, troubleshoot issues, and maintain customer records. The ideal candidate speaks C2 Catalan and C1 English, has call center experience, and excels in communication and problem-solving.
