Languages: Korean (native / fluent) + English (B2+)

Compensation: Base salary

• Identify new sales opportunities and target markets
• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis
• Present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence
• Build and implement strategies tailored to the Korean market
• Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients
• Plan and attend meetings and networking opportunities
• Participate in major industry events globally
• Keep detailed records of business development activities

• Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2), with strong English (B2+)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally
