Your Role
As a Content Moderator, you'll be on the frontline of ensuring a safe and respectful online environment. You will review and evaluate user-generated video content on a popular platform, applying internal policies to filter out harmful or inappropriate materials. Your work directly contributes to user safety and platform integrity.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carefully review and moderate video content submitted by users
- Apply community guidelines to flag, remove, or block inappropriate material
- Maintain objectivity and consistency when navigating sensitive or challenging content
- Use internal systems and tools to categorize and report issues effectively
What You Bring
- Native or fluent Hebrew with good English communication (B2+)
- Strong critical thinking skills and emotional resilience
- Tech-savvy with a fast learning curve for digital tools and platforms
- Independent, reliable, and flexible under time-sensitive conditions
- Willingness to work in 24/7 rotating shifts
