The Role

Position Overview

We are seeking Registered Nurses in Spain with an active RN license to work for our international client in the medical field. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position providing courteous and efficient service to customers. Training will be provided for the key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information within a defined scope of practice.
• Serve as a telecare clinical contact for patients, clinical staff, and internal team members.
• Address escalations from Level 1 technical services team members, acting as a backup for Supervisors.
• Adhere to all environmental, health, safety SOPs, equipment policies, and procedures.
• Act as a liaison between customers, employer staff, and client staff.
• Maintain the accuracy of information within online platforms and troubleshoot as necessary.
• Seek improvements to enhance customer experience, equipment reliability, and treatment quality.
• Complete scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to patients and clinical collaborators.
• Handle inbound calls from patients and collaborators.
• Utilize data analysis tools to understand treatment trends and root causes.
• Share relevant call information and document outcomes appropriately.

Training Program

• Eight weeks of paid remote training, covering technical support and treatment analysis.
• Training schedule : Monday to Friday, 12 : 00 PM - 5 : 00 PM CET.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

• Reside in Spain.
• Active RN License (BSc or other nursing diploma).
• 2-4 years contact center or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with dialysis therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
