What You'll Do
Drive outbound prospecting into target accounts using calls, email, and LinkedIn to engage senior decision-makers.
Qualify inbound leads from Marketing campaigns, events, and the website with speed and rigor.
Secure high-quality discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
Maintain a clean and accurate pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring visibility on activity and results.
Collaborate with Marketing to optimize campaigns and with Sales to refine target account strategies.
Continuously improve outreach cadences, messaging, and conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
2–3+ years of proven success as an SDR / BDR in B2B SaaS.
Comfortable picking up the phone and leading conversations with executives.
Strong track record booking qualified meetings and hitting pipeline targets.
Skilled at both outbound prospecting and inbound qualification.
Organized, disciplined, and data-driven — you take CRM hygiene seriously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages a plus).
