We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join the Spiideo team!

This is a fully remote position, ideally based in Madrid, Spain. You will report directly to the VP of Customer Success based in the US. Spiideo HQ is located in Malmö, Sweden.
You will manage a portfolio of media companies, leagues, and sports clubs in Europe, with a primary focus on Southern European markets (Spain, Italy, etc.). Fluency in Spanish and Italian is required to effectively manage these markets.
You will manage a portfolio of sports clubs, leagues, and media companies across various sports (football, ice hockey, basketball, handball, etc.) within the Spiideo portfolio, including Spiideo Perform (video analysis), Spiideo Play (streaming), and Spiideo Replay (VAR).
Fully remote. Occasional travel to Malmö, Sweden, may be required.
